A tenant message has arrived via email, WhatsApp, or your reporting form. Lanten has classified the trade and urgency. Your team can take it from here, or let Lanten run with it.

02 — Contractor Requested

Quote requested from the right trade

Lanten identifies the right contractor from your approved list and sends them the full job — description, photos, access notes, tenant availability — in one go.

03 — Contractor Confirmed

Quote in, landlord approved

The contractor's quote has come back. Landlord has been notified and approved (or skipped if it's under your auto-approve threshold). Job is greenlit.

04 — In Progress

Booked and underway

The appointment window is confirmed and the tenant has been told who's coming and when. The card stays here until the contractor reports the job done.

05 — Completed

Tenant happy, invoice attached

Job confirmed complete by both contractor and tenant. The invoice is attached, the issue is logged to the property's history, and the card moves out of the active board.

06 — Cancelled

Closed without action

For duplicates, false alarms, or issues the tenant resolved themselves. Drag a card here any time to take it off the active board without losing the audit trail.
